LUXURY HOME GLASS RAILINGS

1,200 sq. ft. of glass railings were installed in the backyard of this beautiful home along the coast of Corona Del Mar, CA. To help preserve the clarity and cleanliness of the glass, the homeowner was looking for a protective glass coating that could be applied to railings in a timely, cost-effective manner. Along with protecting the glass against saltwater stains, the homeowner wanted a solution that would drastically reduce the cleaning time and effort.

Having Diamon-Fusion® protective glass coating already applied to their shower glass doors (and impressed with the results), the homeowner of this beautiful home utilized DFI’s onsite services to protect the glass with the same easy-to-clean coating formula. The Diamon-Fusion® coating works by chemically bonding to the glass, forming an ultra-thin barrier that transforms ordinary surfaces into high-performing, water-repellent glass. The coating is UV-resistant (won’t breakdown in sunlight) and eco-friendly, so no harsh chemical cleaners are needed to care for the glass.

DFI’s onsite application services team cleaned the glass and applied Diamon-Fusion® to over 1,200 sq. ft. of newly installed glass railings. With Diamon-Fusion® applied, not only will the glass railings be protected against saltwater carried by the winds, but they also become significantly easier to clean (on both sides of the surface).
