Diamon-Fusion® is backed with a lifetime warranty on residential glass surfaces and a 15-year warrranty on commercial glass surfaces. Tested and approved by: DOWSIL™ Sealants, Sika® Sealants, Intertek, Fenzi, Smith-Emery, and Chemir.

Diamon-Fusion® is suitable for a wide variety of glass surfaces including tempered and patterned glass, ceramic frit, laminated glass, insulated glass units (windows), Low-E glass, acid-etched, glass railings, shower doors, and solar panels.

How is glass loaded and treated inside the FuseCube™ Express?
Glass is loaded into the FuseCube™ Express using custom harp racks. The racks have 4” casters and are made with chemical resistant polyelthylene, as well as powder coated steel. Two racks come standard with every machine.
What type of utilities are needed to run the FuseCube™ Express?
Besides internet connectivity, the FuseCube™ Express needs electricity, compressed air and water and uses a modicum of each per cycle.
Does the FuseCube™ Express have any backup systems?
Yes, the glass protectant coating machines comes with secondary backup systems (manual override program), providing additional flexibility and ensuring production will not slow down.
Does the FuseCube™ Express keep count of the five cycles per cartridge set?
Yes! The machine will let the operator know when the cartridges need to be replaced and the machine will not proceed further until the cartridges have been replaced with new cartridges.
How does the vapor filtration work?
The chemical vapor is neutralized via an exhaust system and “scrubbed” through calcium carbonate for zero emissions.

The FuseCube™ Express is manufactured in the United States, ensuring end-to-end control with shorter production cycles and shipping times.
