Moffat Glass Introduces New Glass Offering Using DFI’s FuseCube™ Express
Irvine, CA, March 3, 2021 – Moffat Glass, a Colorado-based glass fabricator/installer, announced today they have partnered with Diamon-Fusion International (DFI), to offer Diamon-Fusion® protective coating on their glass products. The coating will be applied using DFI’s FuseCube™ Express glass coating machine on shower doors (both residential and commercial), windows, exterior handrails, storefronts, and insulated glass.
Moffat’s newly installed FuseCube™ Express streamlines the Diamon-Fusion® coating via a chemical vapor deposition process. The coating is circulated throughout the chamber and fused onto both sides of the glass ensuring evenly coated glass. Diamon-Fusion® chemically bonds with the silica in glass, creating an ultra-thin, protective barrier to reduce cleaning time and frequency of cleanings as well as protection against dirt, hard water stains, and corrosion.
When offering Diamon-Fusion® via the FuseCube™ Express, Moffat Glass will be able to promote many new benefits, including a machine-controlled process, uniform application, easy-to-clean glass, double-sided coverage, and a lifetime warranty on residential surfaces.
