Irvine, CA – March 22, 2026- Diamon-Fusion International (DFI), a global leader in protective glass coating technology, has announced the appointment of Jill Read as Marketing and Sales Director.

In her role, Read will oversee strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs to expand DFI’s market presence and strengthen relationships across key industry segments.

Read brings more than 25 years of experience in revenue growth, national account development, and strategic relationship management, including seven years with Binswanger Glass in the National Accounts Department. She worked closely with multi-site retailers, general contractors, and facility maintenance organizations to maintain high visual standards and safety across their buildings.

Before joining Diamon-Fusion International, Read also served as National Sales Director at Impact Security, where she worked with organizations requiring forced-entry and ballistic solutions to secure glass doors and windows.
