MANKO AQUIRES FIFTH DFI FUSECUBE TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN Q4 2025
Irvine, CA, AUGUST 20, 2025 – Manko Window Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of architectural aluminum windows, entrances, storefronts, curtain walls, and a full-service glass fabricator headquartered in Manhattan, Kansas, announced today the acquisition of its fifth FuseCube™ machine. The new unit will utilize Diamon-Fusion International’s (DFI) flagship Diamon-Fusion® protective glass coating for its fabricated glass products.

Ultra-thin and invisible, Diamon-Fusion® chemically bonds to glass, transforming it into a high-performing, 100% optically clear, water-repellent, scratch- and impact-resistant, and hygienic surface. The coating protects against stains and corrosion, while enhancing the glass with up to 20% added brilliance.
Manko’s new FuseCube Flex 75 model—its largest yet—will provide increased production capacity and greater flexibility for larger projects. The company already operates four FuseCube machines across its three manufacturing facilities (Denver, Colorado; Des Moines, Iowa; and two in Manhattan, Kansas). DFI’s patented FuseCube system applies Diamon-Fusion® through a proprietary chemical vapor deposition process, ensuring double-sided coverage, uniform application, and a higher-quality finish.
“We are thrilled to expand our great partnership with DFI by increasing our Diamon-Fusion® production capacity to pursue larger projects in both scope and glass size, while providing more flexibility overall,” said Brett Jones, Manko’s National Sales Manager. “We’ve successfully applied DFI’s high-quality protection on multiple glass products—including windows, shower doors, handrails, and insulated glass—adding more value to the consumer’s finished product.”
“Manko’s fifth FuseCube is a testament to the natural progression of a visionary, class-act organization that understands quality and continues to raise the bar for value and service,” added Guillermo Seta, DFI’s VP of Global Business Development.

Built to last, Diamon-Fusion® is UV-resistant, requires no aftercare products, and comes with a lifetime warranty for residential surfaces and a 15-year warranty for commercial applications. Like a non-stick cooking pan, surfaces treated with Diamon-Fusion® are easier to clean and require less maintenance. The coating also reduces the need for harsh chemical cleaners, promotes a more hygienic environment by minimizing mold and bacteria buildup, and keeps glass looking cleaner for longer.
Manko operates manufacturing locations in Kansas, Colorado, and Iowa, supplying products to 28 states through a network of over 1,000 partners. Each facility is equipped with advanced fabrication equipment, including state-of-the-art tempering and insulating glass lines, CNC machinery for both glass and aluminum products, and a powder coat paint line (Kansas) to ensure high-quality aluminum finishes.
